Last night my good pal’s Rhinoceros Beetle put together a show of epic proportions @ Mexico Lindo in Knox, IN. All of the bands that came to celebrate the release of their brilliant new album, ‘Dungeon Crawler’ brought the Texas Pete heat! I had a great time flappin’ my gums as usual but most importantly enjoyed catching up with my old friends & family and meeting new friends! To all of you whom i had the pleasure of delving into deep or shallow discussions with, thank you… i enjoyed it and look forward to meeting with you all again soon!

I’ve had a mental war going on lately and have debated with myself as to whether performing was worth the toll it takes… this was a victory for the side of me that wants everyone to hear the weird stuff i can conjure up in rhyme form.

Thanks again to Rhinoceros Beetle for bringing together such a diverse collection of artists and for proving yet again that big things can happen in small places!

We (Richard Cook and myself) are very close to finishing our sophomore Creatures of Habit LP…. If we were ‘industry standard’ we would have a release date already and it would be on a Tuesday… But, we are not… I can only assure you that it will be soon… The album is complete, we’re just adding little bits of magic to it.

Also, we are booking shows regionally for the summer so if you live around these parts… tell your favorite venue to hit us up!

Our good friend and Audio Recon label mate, Jason Mann has a rare condition called Chordoma.
